Flooring & Dance Floors
Seaholme offer three marquee flooring options with dance floors and carpets available if required.
Standard marquee matting is the most popular flooring used, yet it can only be as level as the ground it is to laid upon. Porta Floor is better when covering tarmac or concrete surfaces, and can be used as a finished floor or covered with carpet, or used as a replacement for wooden floor when necessary.
Wooden flooring is by far the best surface for a marquee – it looks better, feels better and sounds better when walked upon. Wooden flooring can also be laser-levelled when laid on our steel floor system, which can be erected in unlevel fields and sloping gardens.
Our dance floors can be made into various sizes.
Our standard dance floor, generally used for weddings and parties, comes in two different styles.
- Black and White dance floor
- Parquet dance floor
- White dance floor
- Black Oak dance floor
When we do large function we do use our black commercial dance floor, this covers wide areas up ton 40ftx40ft and is very cost effective ten using the above.
Another type of floor to use is our wooden floor system, this has work well in Barn dances, Music Festivals and Parties way they didn’t mind having bear floor.
